I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFTA) and a Certified Life Coach (CLC). I offer therapy and coaching services to individuals of all ages, intimate relationships, and families.

I describe myself as “human allied”. I work with unique humans from various backgrounds. I consider my clients’ life experiences, beliefs and values, culture, emotional patterns and attachment, spirituality, dominant social discourse, social pressures and beliefs, and social location in my approach. 

I have worked with children and adolescents ages 5 and up, individual adults ages 18 and beyond, couples, alternative relationship constellations (polyamory, non-manogamy, etc), and families. 

I will help to my best ability with anything my clients define as an issue in their lives. I believe these issues sometimes won’t be found on a list. We will work together to define them and make meaning of them while exploring options and change. I will consider how these issues are affecting individuals, and the relationships in which they interact. Common issues I’ve worked with are communication, emotional intelligence, individuation, self-esteem, self-compassion, and identity issues in addition to feelings of anxiety, depression, frustration, anger, grief, burnout and isolation.

My approach to therapy is integrative with a focus on exploring the causes of presenting issues through reflection and meaning making. I am trained in multiple approaches to therapy and will tailor my approach to what my clients need.

You can expect 50 minute telehealth sessions that are a safe space of non judgment, compassion, and collaboration.

I am an out of network provider. I partner with Reimbursify. I can provide superbills upon request.

For our first 50 minute consultation for individuals, relationships or families, it’s $50 out of pocket.

One 50 minute session of individual therapy or coaching costs $130 out of pocket

One 50 minute session with families or relationships is $150 out of pocket.
